Hi Folks-
i live on South Flower in South Park District. Has anyone witnessed these guy's lame behavior as they "patrol" in downtown. I have a homeless friend that's been harassed and thrown in jail at least 5 times for the crime of not having ( photo identification ).

What is this: Natzi Germany?!! These guys are acting like wannabe stormtroopers on bikes. My neighbor was mugged and they did nothing to help him. They didn't think he lived here and just stood there asking him what he was doing in this part of town, as he layed there on the ground trying to find the tooth that was just punched out of his jaw.

It will only get worse if we do nothing about this; any suggestions?
